POBVL is a combination of the Irish term for community 'pobal' and V for Victory.
Established in Derry in 2025, we are a creative project stemming from the conflict and contemporary events archival and analysis page Primal_Undertones. With a passion for conflict media and current events and an equal love for fashion, and creative design, we aim to combine the two worlds in our own respected niche.
The aim of this project is to establish a streetwear brand that is heavily inspired by historical media, current events, militancy and culture in a manner that escapes the cheap, mass-produced polyester slop. We strive to provide high-quality, aesthetic and comfortable clothing alongside unique miscellaneous items in a world of ongoing manufactured madness.
